ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
Cadet Opportunity with Career Path

This is a great ground floor position to learn all aspects of the property management business from renting properties through to tenant management and landlord liaison.

This salaried, full time position requires confidence and assertiveness. If you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a great phone manner, and are competent with a computer in word processing, emails and the Internet, then send us your CV today.

In addition, you'll need to pay attention to detail, be well organised, have great people skills and have a sales/marketing bias. A current Real Estate Sales Certificate is preferred. Own reliable transport essential.

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGER
A confident, organised person is required to join our busy and focused team. Excellent verbal and written communication and computer skills are essential.

Experience in property management or administration is an advantage. Real estate sales certificate preferred.

This is a challenging, fast moving and interesting role with skope for advancement. A commitment to excellent customer service is essential in this role.

Independent Contractor – Full time

If you enjoy being working in an office AND being out and about meeting clients, and have a sales or marketing background, and good attention to detail with your paperwork, this commission based position offers a great opportunity. You will need your own car. A Real Estate Sales Certificate is required.

This position is often a good career path into a property manager's role.
