Our standard fees are currently 8.5%. A discount to 7.5% plus ONE MONTH FREE MANAGEMENT is currently available to clients who sign up on line as well as a reduction in the inspection fee to $35. We also reduce our usual charge for tribunal hearings to $35, which is normally $75. If you have multiple properties we may offer a discounted rate so you can email simonallen@allenrealty.co.nz We require a completed property agreement which requires a signature so you will be required to print this off and scan/email/post/fax to us.
