Following Christchurch’s latest devastating earthquake on Tuesday March 22, Allen Realty has donated $1000 to the Red Cross 2011 Earthquake Appeal. Our thoughts go out to all those affected by this disaster and we encourage our clients to support the Red Cross appeal by clicking here.

Allen Realty makes regular donations to local organisations such as the Lions Club, Summerville Special Needs School, Down Syndrome New Zealand and Kidney Kids.

We are also pleased to announce regular international donations via Oxfam NZ (since 2008) in order to provide international support to help people throughout the Pacific, Asia and Africa to build a sustainable livelihood.
In 2009/2010 we made donations of 1 small business starter grant, 3 cooking stoves, 3 emergency family shelters, 3 gardeners packs, 5 family gardens, and finally a donation to providing safe drinking water for 100 people.
In 2010/2011 we made specific donations towards: training a local farmer, safe drinking water for 100 people, 2 cooking stoves, 2 small business grants, 5 vegetable seed farmers packs, irrigation of field grant, 2 baby emergency health kits and 4 back to school grants.
In 2011 we made donations of 5 family garden grants, 4 grants to train local farmers, 2 cooking stoves, 3 family emergency health kits, 4 baby emergency health kits, 3 village gardeners packs, 1 start a small business grant, a grant to provide safe drinking water for 100 people and a grant to train 2 village birth attendants in Papua New Guinea

$2000 was donated to the 2009 Samoan Tsunami tragedy.
