Pat is a Licensed Agent and is an Associate of the Real Estate Institute and has regularly written articles for publications such as Kiwi Property Investor Magazine, New Zealand Property Investment Magazine and various other publications and organisations. Pat also speaks regularly at property tutoring events and has been a past presenter at property universities, and Auckland Property Investor Association meetings.
