Allen Realty Wins Industry Award for Excellence

Allen Realty is pleased to announce that Simon Allen has won the prestigious 2011 REINZ Awards for Excellence Residential Property Manager of the Year award.

The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) Awards for Excellence held in Hamilton on Saturday August 20, recognise the very best in the property management industry from all over New Zealand. The award criteria relates to commitment to quality customer service, significant achievements, how success has been achieved, and innovate methods used to realise personal and business objectives.

Simon’s dedication to building customer relationships, regular blogging on topical issues, innovative business development and marketing along with implementing new initiatives to improve service to clients ensured he was a front runner in the Property Manager of the Year category.

Amanda Asma, talented administration manager at the Allen Realty head office was also recognised at the awards presentation. She was one of just five finalists out of 48 candidates in the Support Staff Member of the Year category. Her professionalism and commitment to continuing education ensures the Allen Realty head office runs smoothly.

Allen Realty aims for excellence on a daily basis in order to provide customers with outstanding service standards. Both Simon and Amanda’s (pictured above) success is a reflection on the contribution of all the members of the Allen Realty property management team; from Greenlane head office to local branches in Auckland CBD, Mt Eden and Manukau.
