Maintenance Request

Your Property Manager is the only authorised person who can organise repairs and maintenance at your property. For all urgent requests please phone your property manager direct to discuss. For all other maintenance it is Allens policy that any requests are put in writing. You can fax these to us on 09 525 2508, email your Property Manager direct or you can submit your requests below.

Please be advised we will endeavour to action all requests ASAP. If you have not had a response within 7 days please contact your Property Manager to follow up.
