In the first instance properties can be viewed from the outside only. If you like the style of property and the location please contact the individual property manager who can arrange access to view the inside. Please note that all properties (unless otherwise stated) will require a minimum of three weeks bond, a weeks rent in advance and a weeks Letting Fee (plus GST). To apply for a property you can complete an Application Form online. Alternatively, you can print out the Application Form and give it to the property manager in person or fax to us on 09 5252508.
